Create a maintenance plan
The maintenance plan feature allows admins to schedule inspections in advance by entering a designated person and a recurring time period as well. It also keeps a track of all the inspections over the years.
To create a maintenance plan, click on the Maintenance plan tab from the navigation panel, preview all the inspections or add another by clicking on the “+” icon, then fill in the required information.
You can add additional inspection groups to your maintenance plan, for example when there’s large amount of assets to be inspected regularly, or when assets are to be divided by area or inspector. Add a new group by clicking on the ‘plus’ – icon.
You can view completed inspections in Past inspections by clicking on past inspections navigation to enter a list of all past inspections or clicking on the inspection date. You can also search and filter the assets in the inspection, or add service requests to the assets.
To start an inspection click on the ‘Active inspections’ icon. Choose the inspection you want to start, and click ‘ Inspect’.
If the icon is red it means the inspection date is soon. On the inspection list they are marked with a red triangle.
The assets in the inspection are shown in a list or individual view. From the list you can check multiple assets as inspected. In the individual view, you can mark a problem with the asset, add a short note or attachment.
On the last view, you can look at the inspections you have made, and attach additional notes or files to the whole inspection. Clicking ‘Confirm’ will end the inspection and you can then see the done inspection in Past Inspections.
