Settings and user management
In the Settings page, you can edit organization’s information and billing information, and invite and manage users. You can also update and edit your organization details (this information will be used for billing). Owner of the organization is the main contact and will receive invoices.
Invite new users to your organization via User Management -page. First, select ‘New invitation’ tab. Type in the email which you want to invite to your organization. If you want the new user to have admin rights to your organization, check the ‘Grant administration permission?’. Only admins can have access to organization settings page.
You can see all the pending invitations under ‘Pending invitations’ -tab. Here you can also delete any pending invitation.
Define user permissions in User Management – page:
- View all active users in the users list. These users have an active access to your organization and its details.
- Users with Admin toggled ON have admin access rights to your organization. Only admins can have access to Organization settings page and can take other actions.
- You can remove user’s access to your organization by clicking the trash -icon.

Only organization admins can purchase licenses.
Select the suitable plan and billing cycle, type in the organization details and payment information. After the purchase, you will receive a confirmation (or invoice, if you chose invoicing) to your email, and the license is ready to be used right away. Just assign the license to your team member in the license management page, where you can see the active licenses and their current billing period. You can cancel a license by clicking the license and selecting ‘cancel’.
