Tags

You may add tags to your assets to organize them and make searching for the assets easier.

Create new tags

Note! only admins can add new tags. More info in Admin asset actions

Adding tags to your asset

To add tags to your asset go under the Tags tab in the asset panel. Click on the field to open a drop-down menu or start by writing a tags name in the field. As an admin, you can also add new tags here by click on the plus – icon.

Using tags to filter assets

You may use your tags to filter assets:

1. Click on the ‘Asset’ icon
2. Click on the ‘Tags’ field and choose a tag from the drop-down menu or start writing a tags name
3. The chosen tag will be added to the ‘Tags’ field

The filtered results will show assets that have the selected tags. You may additionally use the search function to narrow these results further.
