GISGRO Ltd (“we”, “us”, “GISGRO”,  or “Company”) operates websites https://www.app.gisgro.com, https://www.green.gisgro.com and https://www.gisgro.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) document contains the principles how we collect, use, distribute, process and analyze your personal data when you use our Service on your device, e.g. personal computer, mobile phone, tablet or similar device (“Device”). We collect your personal data in order both to provide high-quality Service to you and improve our Service.

We mainly receive your data from you, for example when you register or use GISGRO service or contact us through the contact form at our web site or some other form of personal interaction.
If you are a representative of a potential customer organization or a corporate decision-maker, we may collect your data from information that is publicly available online, at your company’s home pages, for example.

Transfer of Personal Data and other data

We do not transfer your Personal Data to third parties. However, we may transfer your Personal Data to companies belonging to the same company group or to our partners that are maintaining or marketing the Service.

For how long shall we process your data?

We shall process and store personal data only for as long as is required by law or for as long as is required for implementing the purposes detailed above.
We shall remove all unnecessary personal data from the register every twelve (12) months. You may request the removal of your data from the register through the link included in all our marketing messages or by sending us e-mail at: dpo@gisgro.com.

Analytics

We use third party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, in order to measure and evaluate the use of our Service. Third party web analytics service providers may use your data created in conjunction of your use of our Services. Third party analytics service providers do not use or handle your Personal Data delivered by you to us. However, the third party service providers’ own user terms may entitle such third parties to use information related to cookies or beacons etc.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to monitor your use of the Service. Google Analytics collects data how you use our Services and uses that data for monitoring, analyzing, advertising and provision of both our Services and Google’s services in the Internet. If you are a user of GISGRO service, you may check and correct the data you have provided yourself by logging in to said service. If a user has shared data with other users through the services’ functions, the data usually cannot be deleted.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. Those sites are not operated by us. We take no responsibility whatsoever of the privacy policies or the safety of those sites. You are responsible for the possible consequences that are caused to you or your Personal Data if you have clicked links to other sites that are not operated by us.

We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend you review our Privacy Policy regularly. If we update our Privacy Policy, we shall add the date from which the amendments are applicable. You will be informed separately on all crucial amendments to this document.
